(1)查詢或請求閱覽。
(2)請求製給複製本。
(3)請求補充或更正。
(4)請求停止蒐集、處理及利用。
(5)請求刪除。
5.您因行使上述權利而導致對您的權益產生減損時，本所不負相關賠償責任。
6.您同意本所以此資料確認您的身分、與您進行連絡、提供您本所相關服務及資訊，以及其他隱私權保護政策規範之使用方

7.您瞭解此一同意符合個人資料保護法及相關法規之要求，具有書面同意本所蒐集、處理及利用您的個人資料之效果。

Prior to providing your personal information, you are given the express notice in accordance with
Personal Information Protection Act.
1.The types of information that the GICE collects are as follows:
(1) Identification: Chinese and English name, gender, group, student number, phone number, mailing
address, e-mail address and emergency contact person
(2) Feature and characteristics: personal photo and personal web page/profile
(3) Social status: job title, terms of employment, educational level, work experience and
post-graduate plans
2.GICE will collect, process and fairly use your personal information in accordance with privacy
policy under Personal Information Protection Act and related laws, rules and regulations.
3.If you do not provide valid personal information which is reported or found by GICE to be
insufficient to verify your identity, or should impersonation, identity theft or provision
relating to false information occurs, GICE will not fulfill any related legal obligation with
any specific purpose.
4.You are entitled to exercise the following rights with regard to your personal information in
accordance with Article 3 of Personal Information Protection Act:
(1) any inquiry and request for a review of the personal information;
(2) any request to make duplications of the personal information;
(3) any request to supplement or correct the personal information;
(4) any request to discontinue collection, processing or use of personal information;and
(5) any request to delete the personal information.
5.When your interests are infringed by exercising the rights listed above, GICE is not legally
liable for compensating for injury.
6.With the information you provide, you give the consent to GICE to confirm your identity, contact
you, provide you with services and information with regard to GICE affairs, and other use of the
information in accordance with privacy policy.
7.You are fully aware that the consent you give fulfills the requirement of Personal Information
Protection Act and related laws, rules and regulations, and it is equivalent to the effect of
written consent to GICE to collect, process and fairly use your personal information
